Scrum Master + Advanced (SSM/SASM)

This two-day certification course prepares Scrum Masters for the leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in enterprise transformation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement.

It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value; and supporting interactions with critical stakeholders.

SAFe DevOps (SDP)

This two-day certification course prepares attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.

They will also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Product Owner / Manager (POPM)

This two-day certification course prepares the Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Manager, and Epic Owner to drive the delivery of value in the SAFe enterprise. You’ll get an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), the Lean-Agile mindset, and an understanding of how the Product Manager/ Owner roles operate in the enterprise to drive the delivery of value. Finally, you will get an in-depth understanding of the specific activities, tools, and mechanics used to effectively deliver value to the enterprise and relentlessly improve the ART.

LEADING SAFe (SA)

This two-day certification course prepares attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.

They will also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
