ATKCO was founded in 2015 by Shayna Atkins. After starting her career at a top consulting firm, Shayna had a vision to solve the problem of talent and diversity pipelines.

Through her work, she gained first-hand experience in the problem of digital disruption that has begun to plague scaled organizations in the world. Hence, she decided to solve it on both sides - prepare the organizations by connecting them with skilled professionals who have the potential to lead them out of disruption
